On October 9th, Dessa Rodeffer, owner and president of Hancock-Henderson Quill Inc., successfully facilitated a real estate transaction with Thye Inghram and his wife, Molly Inghram, at Western Illinois Title Company in Biggsville.
Thye acquired the property located north of The Quill office in Stronghurst.
The property was originally built and owned by Thye's uncle, Brad Inghram, who purchased it from Richard Knutstrom in 1994. Since then, the property has changed ownership several times.
“I am thrilled that Thye, who shares a passion for the community and a desire to give back, has acquired the car wash,”stated Dessa. “I wish Thye continued success as he revitalizes Stronghurst's Broadway Street and introduces another essential business and car washing service to the community.”
Although significant renovations and cement work are needed, Thye has already made a strong start.
