Take “The Quill” Along

Cecil, Gene, and Barbara Cox toured rural dairyland Wisconsin on their way to explore the Villages of Door County including Washington Island and Rock Island. 

They also visited Cecil’s army friend Bob Bright and his wife Karen in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

While there, they took “The Quill” along to HOLY HILL.

The steeples in the background are the steeples of the church basilica which was started in 1926 and completed in 1931.

There are a lot of artifact’s in the church dating back to the middle of the 1800’s. The trip ended at Bob’s favorite place for a traditional Friday night fish fry that was excellent.
