Meet your neighbor Nate McCarter. He grew up in Erie, Illinois. He has 1 biological sister and a lot of foster siblings. Nate attended Sycamore Christian school until the middle of his sophomore year when his family moved then they started homeschooling.
He graduated high school in 2002 then attended Lincoln Christian College. Nate met his wife Liz while he was on an internship in Bloomington, Indiana.
They were both youth ministers at two separate churches. They have been together for about 21 years. They have two children. Eli enjoys hunting. Madi enjoys playing sports.
As a family they attend a lot of ball games. They also go on an extended camping trip every summer. Nate is the minister at La Harpe Christian Church. Nate enjoys cooking, working on cars, mowing, and attending his kids ball games.
