Friday night the West Central Varsity Heat lost to a solid, physical Flanagan-Cornell squad 41-26.
Graham Kelly had 101 yards on 11 carries with 2 TDs. Alex McGraw ran for 71 yards on 11 carries and had 2 TDS. Kyle Lafary ran for 24 yards also.
Cody Wade made 17 tackles(11 solos) and Gage Stimpson was involved in 13 tackles.
The Varsity is next in action on Friday, October 18th against the Amboy-LaMoille Clippers. The kickoff is at 7p.m. It will also be “Mini-Cheer Night” for the Cheerleaders!
