County Receives $249,520.48 Grant for Court Technology Improvements

 Hancock County, Illinois (March 20) - Hancock County is thrilled to announce that it has been awarded a substantial grant of $249,520.48 from the Illinois Court Technology Modernization Program.

This grant marks a significant milestone in the county’s efforts to enhance its judicial infrastructure and improve efficiency in court proceedings.

 The grant encompasses a diverse range of items essential for modernizing the county’s court facilities and technology systems. Among the key provisions are:

• A state-of-the-art copier tailored for courtroom requirements
• Essential components for the enhancement of the case management system, PC JIms
• Upgrades in the form of new PCs, monitors, and various hardware components

 These advancements signify a substantial leap forward in the technological capabilities of Hancock County’s judicial system. The infusion of modern equipment and systems will streamline court processes, enhance accessibility to justice, and improve overall efficiency.
