The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
Dr Brokaw is the son of Joe and Tammy Brokaw of rural Seaton. Raised right here in Henderson County, cphe attended Yorkwood School for his formative years, graduated from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy, and completed his bachelor’s degree at Saint Louis University as a Presidential Scholar. He returned to the area for a year of dental assisting and further studies in biomedical science at Monmouth College, then went on to earn his dental degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr Brokaw then sought additional training at prestigious institutions such as the University of Mississippi, Drexel University, and Geisinger. After working in private practice in rural Pennsylvania, Dr. Brokaw returned to Illinois ready to give back to the community that raised him.
While his education undoubtedly lends him expertise, it is his genuine care and commitment to ensuring every member of our community receives exceptional healthcare that truly sets him apart. Dr. Brokaw’s passion for our rural way of life fuels his mission to provide accessible and high-quality healthcare services to all, regardless of their background or circumstances. Because of the anxiety and fear of judgment that often accompanies a trip to the dentist, he continually tries to make the dental office into a calm place of reassurance and comfort. Dr. Brokaw’s goal is simple yet profound: to instill in each patient a sense of confidence and pride in their smile, leaving the office not only with healthier teeth but also with a renewed sense of self-worth.
Outside of dentistry, Everett helps on his family farm and stays active outdoors with his dog Mandible. He would like to thank his family and the many local community leaders, educators, and neighbors who helped him to help us - to make our community stronger and healthier, one smile at a time.
