Quilts of Valor Presented at Stronghurst Farmers Market

The Hancock-Henderson County Quilts of Valor held their presentation in front of the Stronghurst Legion Hall Post 765 on June 3rd during the Farmers Market. There were 8 Veterans that received quilts.

Those receiving quilts from Stronghurst from left are Ranita Countryman (US Army 2003–2011), Travis Countryman (US Army-2007–2011), Doug Hale National Guard (1980–2001), Randy Jarvis (US Army 8 years), Roger Countryman (US Army 1980–1984), Mark Fontenoy (US Army 2004–2012), and Gene Heap of Media (US Navy-1952–1956), Tom Ford of Stronghurst, (US Navy 1967–1968).
