Streets/Water:

EPA sent us a report that states the village must make a spill pad on the overflow on the water tower. Mike West and Zack will be able to finish that.

West stated that a source is needed to purchase street signs. Mike will check with the highway department to see if they have signs.

Parks & Recreation:

The board heard there is some interest in using the ballpark next year for games and in preparation, the lights need to be replaced and the scoreboard needs to be repaired. James McCabe said he will investigate what materials would be needed to fix the scoreboard. Also, new bleachers are needed. McCabe made a motion to hire someone to help with the paperwork for grants, Stepanie Craig 2nd the motion. It was approved.

New Business:

McCabe will find time to install Quicken on the village computers. There are several accounts where there are former residents left without paying. Curtiss will investigate getting them paid.
