Biggsville- Working on this renovation project at the library has been so much fun. I want to express my gratitude to the staff and library board for their assistance with the project, and to our patrons for helping to stock up before we closed. We even had a patron check out 272 books before we started this project! Through the amazing work of Ron White and his crew, as well as, Scott Hallett from Professional Library Movers, we were able to get this entire project done in just two weeks. Over the past ten months, the library has been able to get a fresh coat of paint, commission a mural by Cherry Simmons, and replace its carpet and flooring! We are incredibly proud of the community we are a part of and can’t wait for everyone to come back into the library and enjoy it as much as we do. -Henderson County Library Staff!
