Rain Didn’t Dampen Spirits at Stronghurst Fall Fest 2023

Hello everyone, I hope you have been enjoying the week. While last Saturday started off a little soggy and the skies dropped a little more moisture than what we had hoped the sun did make an appearance and the afternoon was beautiful…..along until about 4:30 when the skies turned dark and the rain did come down! The Booster Club appreciates all the people who came and supported the Fall Festival. While the wet weather did deter some potential car show participants there were still several to admire as well as the antique tractors. All in all it was a great day!

The Stronghurst Booster Club is grateful to so many people who helped in so many different ways to make this day possible. First The Village of Stronghurst for the beautiful park for our festival and the village employees who maintain it. Secondly our wonderful neighborhood that continues to support our endeavor. Next Fishers Food Center, the vendors who come to share their crafts, Jeff Nichols and Brent Kennedy for organizing the car show and Mike Cole for organizing the tractor display. I personally appreciate my fellow booster club members for their help and dedication. Last but certainly not least I am so very grateful to all my family for their continued help and support.

We hope to see you at next year’s Festival and we invite you to attend our next event The Christmas Holiday Walk which will be held Friday November 17.
