Ruth Smith of Kirkwood, took "The Quill" along on a quick trip to New Buffalo, Michigan to the beach for a couple of days this summer. She is accompanied by her granddaughter holding The Quill, Adelynn, her mother Courtney, and Courtney's mother Janet Hunt. "It was a great time with very special people!" Ruth said.
