Gary and Donna Powless of Stronghurst took The Quill Along to attend their daughter’s Commencement in on March 3, 2023 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Megan Powless Frye received her Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Capella University there.

Attending were her parents, Gary and Donna Powless and two of Megan’s three children, Trevor and Harper Frye. Her husband, Kevin, was supporting their son Chase at a wrestling tournament which he advanced on to state. It was an exciting weekend.
