Craig Owsley of La Harpe took the Quill along to The Wave. The Wave is an iconic hiking spot on the Utah/Arizona border. 

Permits are required to access this beautiful 6 mile hike and are limited to a maximum of 64 persons per day. For each issued permit, there may be hundreds of unsuccessful bidders. Craig applied for permits in the lottery at every opportunity for at least three years before he finally was able to win the permit to hike The Wave.
