The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
The Quill traveled to San Diego the last week of June with Larry Louden of Hot Springs, Arkansas (formerly of the Hancock-Henderson County area, and sons Jeff and Ben. The purpose of the trip was for Lt Col Ben Louden to administer the reenlistment oath to his nephew Navy IT2 Christian Louden with the USS Midway in the background. All four Louden men posed together in front of the ship, and later, grandpa Larry posed with the Quill and Christian in front of the “Kissing Sailor”statue.
