Biggsville Village Board Meets

The Village of Biggsville meeting was called to order by Mayor Brian Sterett, on January 5th, at 7:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Tammy made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report and minutes. Eric 2nd motion carried.

Street/Water – Mike reported that the lagoon is reading at a high level. Greg Fulkerson thinks its filling up. Greg will monitor it for the next couple months to see if we need to have it dredged.

Nanci made a motion to discontinue allowing Jones Septic to dump. Tammy 2nd, motion carried.

Kathie made a motion to allow Mike to purchase a blade to scoop snow for the utility vehicle. Eric 2nd, motion carried.

The generator is fixed but, it is not running the pump at the lagoon. Mike will get someone to look at the panel to see why the generator is not running the pump. Kevin helped Mike plowing the snow.

Public Relations – Nanci thanked everyone for putting the Christmas baskets together. Kathie made the bowl covers.

New Business – The 2022 meeting schedule is posted.

The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.. Members present were:

Eric Craig, Kathie Curtiss, Casey Goff, Tammy Slater and Nanci Sterett. Becky was absent.
