Former La Harpe Mayor Kenny Brown who organized the first car show with Jerry Burford and other locals, presents Mayor Kat Hasten-Reed (above) and The La Harpe City Council a plaque of Appreciation for all the city's support in helping with the 23rd Annual La Harpe Classic Car Show & Reunion. He also presented Mike and Dessa Rodeffer with a plaque of Appreciation for The Quill's newspaper coverage and support.
