Award-winning Christian vocalist, Sandi Patty, is performing live at The Legacy Theater in Carthage at 7 p.m. Friday, September 17.
In her 30-year career, Patty has received five Grammy awards, four Billboard Music Awards, and has 40 Dove Awards.
She was inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame in 2004 and was named an Indiana Living Legend in 2007.
She has three platinum records, five gold records, and 11 million units sold.
Contemporary Christian music is her specialty, but Patty has performed with groups across the country, including the New York Pops, Boston Pops, Cincinnati Pops, Dallas Symphony, Baltimore Symphony, Houston Symphony, and Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
Sandi and her husband, Don, have eight children. They currently reside in Oklahoma City, OK.
