Under Old Business, Greg Fulkerson has papers ready to go to the EPA on the well the city needs to cap, except a time frame. The depth and diameter of the casing is needed in order to get a bid. Mike will get the estimates. Greg suggested informing the EPA it will be done in eight (8) months. A motion was made by Kathie Curtiss to have the well capped within eight (8) months, Tammy 2nd the motion and it carried.

Under New Business it was noted that Brian will need to be out of town for a few months for work. The Village will have to have a Mayor-Pro-Tem while he is gone. Kathie made a motion, Tammy seconded it to accept Casey Goff as our Mayor-Pro-Tem. It carried.

The board extended thanks to Kevin Mortimer for all of his dedication to the village board and working so hard for Biggsville. He will be missed. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote at 8:03 p.m.
