Illini West Senior FOREST WILDE

 

Forest Wilde is the son of Holly Wilde and the late John Wilde and lives in Carthage.

Throughout high school Forest has been involved in, International club, football, and basketball.

When Forest isn't at school he enjoys working out and cruising with his friends.

Forest says his favorite memories from high school are "Just going to sporting events and hanging out with the boys".

His most influential teacher is Michael Lafferty. "He has pushed me to be better in every way and just made Illini West a better and more enjoyable place".

Forest's advice to the underclassmen is: "Have fun and don't get stressed out about little things.

High school goes by way too fast to not have fun all the time".

After high school, Forest plans on becoming an Infusion Nurse.When Nick was asked who his most influential teacher was he responding with, "That's a toss up between Mrs. Cook, Mrs. Holtsclaw, and Ms. Dooley". Clearly Nick has a lot of favorites!

His advice to the underclassmen is, "high school is a lot easier if you don't let people under your skin." A fact Nick would like to include is, "If you eat too many apple cores you can die from the cyanide in seeds".

After high school, Nick plans on attending a trade school for welding.
