Meet your neighbor and Illini West Senior Brayden McGinity.
Brayden is the son of Mike and Maggie Link and lives in La Harpe.
Throughout high school, Brayden has been involved in Charger football, baseball, track, and wrestling.
During his free time, Brayden enjoys fishing and playing xbox.
He says his favorite memory from high school is, "beating West Hancock in football!"
His most influential teacher is Michael Lafferty. "He has taught me to work hard for everything".
Brayden's advice to underclassmen is:
"Don't keep yourself in a shell, get out and get involved in clubs, sports and such things".
After high school Brayden McGinity plans on entering the work force.
