Meet Your Neighbor

by: Grace Lessen, The Quill

Dr. Dayna Bundy was born in Macomb and was raised on a small farm outside of town, where she still currently resides,

Her mother, Pam works for Western Illinois Mutual in Carthage.

While her father, Ron works for BNSF in Galesburg. Dayna says, I want to give a HUGE shout out to these two, & for all the hard work and late days you put in at this office to make it look great, while still working 3rd shift! Mom, between the cleaning, office work, dealing with my stress every day, taking time off from your real job, and much much more.

I know I didn't tell you enough over the last month, but I appreciate it all and I love you!

Dayna's brother is Alex Bundy and his wife is Erica Bundy.

He helped with things around the office as well and built Dayna's front desk and it was all very appreciated Dayna said.

Dayna also has a niece (Autumn) and a nephew (Walker).

Dayna's grandmother, Norma Renshaw passed away July 25th of 2017. She was a huge part of her life. Dayna says she is part of the reason for who she is today.

Dayna says, I graduated on her birthday, August 24th of 2019 and I felt like that was a sign that she was there watching me.

"From the moment I opened my office here in town, her picture hasn t left the spot below my computer screen. Before and after each patient I look at it to remind me of the strength and encouragement she gave me.

In 2011, Dayna graduated from Illini West High School. Afterwards, she attended Iowa Wesleyan for two years and played softball. She then attended Western Illinois University at Macomb for a year but finished her bachelor's degree while in the chiropractic program at Logan.

Dayna Bundy graduated from Logan University August 24th 2019 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is the owner of Bundy Chiropractic & Wellness.

She enjoys riding horses, relaxing with her dog Dixie, outdoor activities, friends and family gatherings, promoting chiropractic anytime she can, helping people feel better, and being an aunt to two of the cutest kids!

Dayna hopes to add Animal Chiropractic to her office late this fall or early spring.

I hope to take a vacation at some point; I have been in school for 8 years and really looking forward to some adventures.
