Sarah and Peg donated 31 purses to the Henderson County Sheriff's Department that will go in their police cars for women in need.
Sarah Nichols started Purses with Love in 2016 and has donated over 400 purses to women in need.
Purses are filled with toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a variety of goods. Sometimes there are socks, scarves, jewelry, nail polish or other items.
This ministry is helped by donations of purses, money and items from several of our county churches.
