Eric Little, of La Harpe, is pleased to announce his new real estate brokerage: Crossroads Real Estate.

He credits his wife with many hours of work in his, "marketing and technology department".

Eric is no stranger to the area, having been born and raised in La Harpe. He continues to live on and operate the family farm.

He previously owned and operated his family's 64-year-old plumbing, heating, and electrical business for sixteen years, Little Brothers Inc.During that time, Eric and his staff served residential and commercial customers throughout Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, and Warren counties.

He also worked as the HVAC manager for Hollister Home Center for four years before changing career paths.

The real estate business is not new to Eric. In March of 2015, he obtained his real estate broker license, his Realtor designation, and joined Century21 Purdum-Epperson Inc. in Macomb. He earned the Century21 Ruby Sales Award in 2017 and 2018.

This April, he obtained his Illinois Managing Broker license allowing him to open and operate his new brokerage, Crossroads Real Estate.

Eric continues to serve communities throughout western Illinois and looks forward to assisting clients with their buying and selling needs.
