Wayne and Susan Bray took "The Quill Along" on a 10 day trip over Christmas vacation. They enjoyed spending time in Los Angeles, CA, visiting cousin Jennifer Kern Jenkins and attending the 2019 Rose Bowl Parade. They toured the Southwest. They went to Sedona and the Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, Zion National Park in Utah and Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. The trip ended with a stay in Las Vegas before flying home.
The highlights of the trip were viewing volunteers working on the floats two days before the parade and spending the day walking around the Grand Canyon (above) with all its snowy splendor.
