The Village of Biggsville meeting was called to order by Brian Sterett, Mayor-pro-tem, at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th, with the pledge of allegiance.
We are in the process of making a handout to give to landlords concerning some of the ordnances, garbage pickups, recycling and other information pertinent to their new renters.
There was no open forum.
Kathie made a motion to accept the treasurer report, minutes and invoices. Nanci 2nd motion carried.
The roads have been cleared several times. It has been hard to purchase salt that is mixed with sand for roads as well as sidewalk salt because everyone is out.
Brian will attend the disaster mitigation meeting.
We are going to purchase a rug for the entrance to the Community Building and a table carrier to hold the new tables.
Nanci made a motion to adjourn at 8:05p.m., Kevin 2nd motion carried.
