Take "The Quill" Along

Don and Bonnie McCabe of Biggsville recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary with a family trip in the beautiful Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. They spent a week enjoying family time while taking in the sites. (The rest of the family were camera shy.)

Ridge upon ridge of forest straddles the border between North Carolina and Tennessee in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. World renowned for its diversity of plant and animal life, beauty of its ancient mountains, quality of its remnants of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, this is America's most visited national park-over 11.3 million recreational visitors in 2016. The Appalachian Trail passes through the center of the park on its route from Maine to Georgia! The park was chartered by the United States Congress in 1934 and officially dedicated by President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1940.

When you go on a trip, take "The Quill" along and have your picture taken with it and send it to us. Let's see where all "The Quill" can travel.
