U.S. Veterans from left, Jim Alexander of Gladstone, John Kane and Dan Kane of Smithshire, and Ron Gipe of Media, took "The Quill Along"on the prestigious Honor Flight to Washington D.C.. The group went on an early morning flight out of Peoria International Airport on May 8th VE Day (Victory over Europe). Each were accompanied by their guardian and enjoyed an unforgettable and emotional trip they will never forget.
