At the Dr. Pogue Memorial Fountain/Memory Garden south of the spray park in the Stronghurst City Park, the Stronghurst Booster Club is happy to announce that for a limited time you will have the opportunity to purchase a commemorative brick.
There is limited space available, so time is of the essence in securing your place in the memory garden.
It has been the Stronghurst Booster Club's goal to include our entire area with this project.
All businesses, organizations, clubs, churches, graduating classes, etc. are encouraged to participate.
It has been brought to our attention that not all of the people who had intentions of purchasing a brick were able to do so before the deadline.
So now is the time to act.
Bricks will be available until October 1st, 2018.
If you have been to the Stronghurst Village Park recently, you will no doubt have stopped to admire the quilt-like layout of all the bricks. Each brick representing the togetherness of our community and beyond.
We have not only honored our late Doctor "Bob" Pogue, but have provided a safe, happy place for our youth through the Doc Pogue Memorial Spray Park. For this our community should be very proud.
Bricks can commemorate anniversaries, weddings, births of babies, club names, children or grandchildren, In memory of loved ones, a great family vacation, or whatever your imagination dictates. This is a lasting memory.

We will also have order forms available at the Doc Pogue 5-K Run/Walk on June, 30th at 8:00 a.m in the Stronghurst Village Park.
Following the run will be a free will donation breakfast at the American Legion downtown Stronghurst.
