Fortress Bank, formerly known as First State Bank of Illinois, will host their 31st annual Ag Strategies Dinner Meeting on the evening of Monday, January 29, 2018 at the Lake Hill Winery located on the west edge of Carthage, Illinois. Registration and social time will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. and the program to follow. This year’s keynote speaker will be Eric Snodgrass.
Eric Snodgrass is the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and co-founder and senior atmospheric scientist for Agrible Inc., a precision farm management and predictive analytics company. Eric is a highly sought after speaker throughout the Midwest and will discuss the weather outlook for 2018.
Farm Business Farm Management’s Bob Rhea will also be on hand to discuss how the recently passed tax reform bill will affect your bottom line and roll out his “Top 10 Ag Strategies” for the coming year.
This will be the thirty-first consecutive year Fortress Bank has hosted their Ag Strategies dinner meeting. Everyone with an interest in agriculture is encouraged to attend.
