The past couple of years, Bobby and Brody Willdrick have taken on summer fundraising projects and given the proceeds to the local police and fire departments. In 2016, they held a hot dog and lemonade stand in front of the old Sharpe Shop on Main Street with proceeds going to the La Harpe Police Department.
The boys are pictured presenting a check to the police department and the money they raised was used towards the purchase of police equipment.
In 2017, the boys held the same event with proceeds going to the La Harpe Fire Department.

Bobby, age 12, and Brody, age 9, are the children of Rob and Holly Willdrick of La Harpe.
