Taking "The Quill" along, the Henderson County Olde Tymers held their annual river tractor ride on August 2nd. Starting in Colusa they rode to Niota and then to Nauvoo via a newly discovered route offering many scenic river views. After having lunch they proceeded to Hamilton via the Great River Road to the Western Illinois Threshers grounds where they left their tractors to participate in their annual show. The group was limbering up their tractors in preparation for their upcoming Olde Tymers show to be held at the Henderson County fairgrounds on August 24 and 25th.
