Meet your Illini West Senior Annie Sholl of Carthage who competed in Cross Country for the Chargers.
"I improved from last year and I did really well," Annie said.
"The highlight for my athletic career was getting all-conference in hurdles in Junior High."
My advice to underclassmen is "Stay in your sport, continue working, and you will see success."
Annie's favorite food is spaghetti and her favorite restaurant is Buffalo Wild Wings.
Her favorite movie is "Mamma Mia" and she enjoys Christian music.
"History is her favorite subject and her favorite athlete is Bethany Hamilton who she also says is her role model.
Her future plans is to attend college and obtain an educational degree.
Annie's parents are Larry and Joanna Sholl of Carthage. They are both in education.
