The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
The Dallas City/La Harpe track team took 22 athletes to Sectional on May 5th.
Of those 22 they had 12 qualify for state. VI Ballard, Coulter Fry, Kameron Gregoire, and Matt McDowell are the athletes going in the 8th grade 4x100M relay.
Karissa Johnson is going in the 8th grade Discus.
The 7th grade 4x400M relay consists of Ethan James, Matt McDowell, Rand Palmer, Aidan Shoemaker, and Colton Walker.
Abbie Johnson made it in 7th grade Discus.
Matt McDowell made it in the 1600M run and Long Jump along with the two relays that he is in.
Carly Tate made state in the 7th grade 100M dash.
These athletes will be competing at the State competition on May 12th and 13th in East Peoria.
