The Quill took a Valentine week vacation to Cancun Mexico with Jim and Cindy Oliver, for their 25th wedding anniversary. Cindy is the daughter of the late Bud and Carol Sheffler all of La Harpe. Jim is the son of Jim Oliver senior of Keokuk, IA and the late Marilyn Oliver. It was a beautiful week at the Barcelo Maya resort.
