On May 18th Jean Crotts took "The Quill" to a meeting in Springfield of "The Central Illinois Film Commission," a membership organization dedicated to promoting central Illinois as a historical and film-friendly region, attracting and serving the film, television, video, photography, documentary, and music industries, while promoting and supporting the talent, services, and experience of its members.
Pictured are her daughter, Diana Dugan, Board of Director for membership, The Film President, Dean Williams, Jean, and Jean's husband, Tom Crotts. This was Tom's first visit at the meeting and he met actors and actresses.
