This Saturday on July 15th beginning at 8:00am there will be a City-Wide Storm Clean Up day to remove trees, limbs and branches for the residents of the Village of Oquawka for Senior Citizens or those who are disabled.
You MUST call the Oquawka Village Hall beginning Wednesday, July 12th to be added to list of those who need storm clean-up.
Volunteers are needed to donate their time any time from 8am - 3:30pm. Registration will start at 8am at the Oquawka Fire Station.
We are asking groups, individuals anyone to help with the Oquawka Storm Clean-Up.
If you can't volunteer your time the Village will be accepting work gloves for the volunteers.
