On Saturday, July 1st, the West Central FFA Chapter held their 8th annual tractor pull in Oquawka.
As always, we were not disappointed with the turn out!
The cooks, everyone that donated meat or water, the fire department and ambulance services, track workers, sponsors, pullers, officers, our advisor, parents, announcers, FFA members, alumni, our supportive community, and any and everybody else who continues to make this FFA event grow year after year, are truly appreciated. This year made it in the books as one of the biggest pulls yet! Along with locals, we also had pullers from many different states show up and put on a good show for us. We hope to continue to grow this annual event in size and to always put on a good show.
We cannot possibly begin to explain how thankful we are for everybody's hard work and help year after year. As many of you know, this event takes an army to pull off, and it would be nearly impossible without all of you!
We hope you enjoyed this year's pull, and are looking forward to seeing everybody at next years event!
