Meet your Illini West Senior Athlete Mackenzie Duffy who has enjoyed playing volleyball this past season.
"It was a fun one for me," Mackenzie said. "The highlight was goint to Sectional."
Her advice to underclassmen playing volleyball is that "volleyball goes point by point, so when you make a mistake, you have to realize it, and correct it."
Mackenzie says her role models are all three volleyball coaches, Gronewold, Flesner, and McGaughey and her favorite athlete is Kerri Jennings.
Her favorite subject at Illinis West is "Forensic" denoting the application of scientific methods and techniques to the investigation of crime.
She loves eating steak at the Texas Roadhouse or going to a movie, her favorite - "The Best of Me". She also enjoys hip-hop music.
Her parents are Ed and Kellie Stewart.
