On December 1, 2017, the Henderson County Grand Jury returned Indictments charging Donny J. Blakley, Jr., age 41, of Gladstone, Amy R. Hoffman, age 38, of Gladstone, and Angel M. Logsdon, age 39, of Gladstone with the offense of First Degree Murder, according to Henderson County Sheriff.
The indictments stem from the death of Rex A. Mynatt, Sr., who was found deceased in his home in Henderson County on October 8, 2017.
The autopsy report said he died from a gunshot wound.
All three subjects are in custody and bond has been set at $1,000,000.00 for Donny J. Blakley, Jr., and $750,000.00 for Amy R. Hoffman and Angel M. Logsdon.
Their next court appearance is scheduled for December 6, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Henderson County Courthouse in Oquawka.
