Raritan Board Hears of Upcoming Trials

At the April 13th Raritan board of trustee's meeting, Attorney Bobi James reported that on May 1, 2017 at 10:15a.m. a bench trial for Mr. Jeremy Walters will be held. Trustee Michael Knapp will attend.

She also reported that a bench trial will be held on April 17th at 9:30 a.m. for Mr. Robert McGriff. Trustee Rob Williamson will attend.

Attorney James stated she needed to table the water ordinance and the travel expense ordinance.

Roll off dumpsters will be in Raritan May 19, 20, and 21st.

Discussion was held regarding delinquent water bills.

Clerk Jim Blender called the meeting to order and led in the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustee Sammy Blender opened with prayer.

On a motion by Williamson, seconded by Anders the bills were approved.
