Class President Avery Hopper receives her diploma with Marah Hartrick, 7th grade Marshal, assisting her from the stage Friday, as 18 eighth graders were promoted at DC Elementary in a formal cap and gown ceremony.
Haylee Walker, VP. gave the opening address and the Humanitarian Award, Scholastic Honor Award, and American Legion Award were all given to the two high honor students Alysha Leigh Gilpin and Colten Marshall Shipman (below).
