Meet your neighbor Connie Jacobs who became administrator of La Harpe Davier Health Care Center in December 2015.
Connie was born and raised in Oquawka.
She and her husband, Jared Jacobs, live in Biggsville. Jared works for Cole Implement in Media.
Connie and Jared have 4 children, Angel, Layton, Krisden and Carlee.
They also have 4 grandchildren.
Connie was a CNA for 16 years. Then she went to Carl Sandburg College in Galesburg, graduating in 2004 with her RN.
She began to work for Petersen Health Care in Roseville upon graduation.
In 2013 Connie was brought to La Harpe to be the Director of Nursing at Davier. She became administrator at the facility in December of last year.
