Donald (Don) J. Brown, 4th of July Parade Grand Marshal.

Don Brown, 93, served in the Army 65 Division A-Company, 259th Infantry Regiment in World War II, received the Bronze Star Medal in 1953, served on the Honor Guard for U.S. General George Patton's funeral procession in "45, and witnessed the riderless horse with Patton's boots reversed in the stirrups. He's lived in Oquawka since 1957.
