Gladstone- Senator John Sullivan (D) Rushville, tells a small crowd of Henderson County residents who gathered at the HCHD Monday morning, "There's Plenty Of Blame To Go Around," as he discusses the legislators in Springfield and the financial mess the state of Illinois is in.
Sen. Sullivan, said the "train wreck" they are headed for is the results of mismanagement for too many years, and "I'll take my share of the responsibility!" Sullivan is finishing up his final year after announcing his retirement earlier. His final day is January 9, 2017.
