Meet Your Neighbor Meet your neighbor and Illini West Senior Connor Smith of Carthage.
Connor is the daughter of Ron Smith and Chris and Rick Wisehart.
She has two older brothers and a younger sister. Brother, Jared Gregory is 27, and Ross Smith is 23, sister, Charli Wisehart is 4.
Connor is the granddaughter of Rick and Bev Markey.
She has been very active during her high school career.
She has been involved in volleyball, basketball, and softball.
She is the president of the Key Club, the secretary for the International Club, she has been a Class Officer all 4 years, a member of the Illini West band, and a Junior Chamber member for 2 years and in the youth leadership program.
In Conner's Illini West sports career, she has been on the West Central All-Conference softball team in 2015, the regional championship volleyball team in 2013, the regional championship basketball teams in 2014 and again in 2015, and a member of the regional championship softball team in 2015.
After graduation this Spring, Connor is planning to attend a college close to home, but she is undecided as to where, and what she will major in.
