Meet your neighbor and Illini West Senior, Chloe Walker of Dallas City.
Chloe Elizabeth Walker was born on November 17th, 1997 at Burlington Medical Center in Burlington, Iowa. She is the daughter of Tom Walker of Dallas City and Ranee Walker of Colusa. Tom is a postal carrier and Ranee is the manager of Aisles Online of Hy-Vee.
Chloe has one sister Kelsey Walker, 24 who lives in North Liberty, Iowa. Kelsey is a dental assistant.
Chloe's paternal grandparents are Tom and Nancy Walker of Pontoosuc. Tom worked at the fish market and Nancy works in Macomb at the Western Illinois Council. Chloe's maternal grandparents are Ronnie and Deborah Worley of Lomax. Ronnie works at Case in Burlington, IA and Deborah worked at Schaeffer's Pen in Fort Madison.
Before coming to Illini West, Chloe attended Dallas City Elementary and Junior High.
At Illini West, Chloe has been very active. She is involved with softball, Student Council, International Club, Key Club, SADD, Git R' Done club, and she also plays the flute in band.
Her favorite high school memories are "the corn", having long lunches with her best friends and being a part of the IW Stampede.
After graduation in the spring of 2016, Chloe plans to attend Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and attend the Dental Hygiene program.
