Meet your neighbor. He is Tim Magee, age 16 of Smithshire.
Tim was born in Galesburg hospital and raised in Smithshire.
He is a Junior at West Central High School, Biggsville, and a member of the West Central High School Heat football team, playing on the defensive line.
He enjoys lifting weights. His favorite subject is Mathematics.
He has one sister Megan Magee, age 19 who is a Freshman at Southeastern Junior College and who works at The Drake restaurant in Burlington, IA.
Tim's mother is "Missy" (Melissa) (Avery) Park. She works at Lee County Health Dept. in Fort Madison, Iowa.
His father is Donmie Magee who lives in rural Stronghurst and and works with Fiber Optic Cable for Tharp Bros. of Oquawka.
Tim's grandparents are Dave and Lisa Avery of Smithshire and Gary and Candy Magee of Oquawka.
His great grandmother is Juanita Avery in Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab in Stronghurst.
Tim enjoys deer and turkey hunting with his dad and grandfather with both bow and shot gun.
Tim has worked in the summer with his Uncle Travis Winters of Raritan helping with electric work.
He also enjoys working on trucks and cars with his dad.
He spends his free time with family and friends.
He says he is not a traveler.
His future plans are to attend college.
When asked what he wants for Christmas, he said "money works" or "hunting gear".
