Eric Palmer is the owner of Palmer"s Service, providing general auto/truck repair. Palmer's also specializes in drivability, electrical and air conditioning.
Working with trucks and cars was passed down from father to son. Eric Palmer's father, Boyd Palmer, worked for Fred Gibb Chevy and La Harpe Motor Sales. Later Boyd owed his own garage, opened a gas is now in the business of repairs, not sales.
Eric Palmer"s business was started in conjunction with Palmer Auto Sales.
The two businesses divided, but continued operating out of the same building from about 2000 until about 2010, after Boyd Palmer's death. At this time, the family business of repairing cars and selling used cars reverted back to just repairing.
Eric Palmer now operates Palmer"s Service out of the former location of Palmer's Auto Sales.
Eric's daughter Darcie Palmer works part-time as bookkeeper, and manager and technician is Nicholas "Bart" Thompson.
Palmer's Service Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8 am-12 Noon; 1 pm-5 pm
Open Most Saturdays: 8 am-12 pm Noon.
