Pam is the daughter of Norma Kurtz of La Harpe and the late Joe Kurtz of La Harpe. She has one sister, Linda Lowe, of Burlington, Iowa. Linda works for the Burlington School District. Pam is the granddaughter of the late Eula and Joe Kurtz.

Pam married Dave Riekeberg of Colchester on April 30, 2011. Dave has been a truck driver for over 29 years.

Pam has three daughters Monita Mclendon, lives in Florida and has two children. Melissa Sullivan lives in La Harpe and has 3 children, Michelle Morcom has 3 children.

Dave has 3 children as well, Diana Benge of Colchester has 3 children, Kristy Riekeberg of Colchester has 3 children and David Riekeberg, Jr. of Colchester has one child.

One of Pam's favorite vacation memories is when she, Dave and her mother, Norma went to Murfreesboro, Arkansas to Crator Diamond State Park (no they didn't find anything) then on to Tennessee to a powpow dance. After this they went on to Loretta Lynn's place in Tennessee, then on to Kentucky to Lost River Cave. They did a lot of shopping along the way.

In her spare time, Pam enjoys crocheting, nifty knitter, knitting, and sewing.
