Art Mesecher and Goddaughter, Jena (Painter) Oilar took "The Quill" along on a Great River Honor Flight to Washington D. C. in August of this year.
Art is a Vietnam veteran from Carman and Jena, who lives in Kahoka, MO accompanied him as his guardian on the Honor Flight.
